March's Gratitude Theme: Nature

The research is there: we benefit immensely from an attitude of gratitude.  In many places, March is a time where spring blooms and plants are awakening from their dormancy. Spending time in nature can evoke peaceful and calm feelings. By observing beauty, you are activating the right brain, which can boost de-stressing chemicals to bring you relief and relaxation.  We often are so focused on our next to-do or our smartphone screen that we miss the beauty all around us. Take time this March to give thanks for nature’s natural beauty.
